Can I book on the same day?
Yes, as long as we still have vehicles available. For same-day or last-minute requests, the fastest way is to send a WhatsApp message, so that we can confirm in real time.
Are tolls and fuel included in the price?
Yes. All transfer prices we send already include driver, fuel and tolls for the agreed route. If you add extra stops or change the itinerary on the day, we will confirm any adjustment before continuing.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
You can change most bookings for free up to 24 hours before pickup. The exact conditions are shown on the booking page and in your confirmation email. To change or cancel, simply reply to that email or contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you provide baby and child seats?
Yes. Please include the age and weight of each child when you request the service. We will confirm availability of the correct seat type and include it in your booking.
Do you have accessible vehicles for wheelchair users?
We can provide accessible vans on request, depending on the date and time. Add “accessible vehicle” in your message and tell us if the passenger uses a manual or electric wheelchair, so that we can recommend the best option.
