NOS Alive 2026 is held on 9, 10 and 11 July 2026 at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés, just outside Lisbon and beside the Tagus. The bill is led by Foo Fighters, Florence + The Machine, Lorde, Twenty One Pilots and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. The festival is held by the river, and the venue is reached by train, taxi or private transfer. Below, the dates, lineup, tickets and travel options are set out.

When and where

The festival is held over three days, from Thursday 9 to Saturday 11 July 2026, at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés. The site sits beside the Tagus, west of central Lisbon, and the skyline is visible across the water. The programme is international and polished, and camping is offered for those who prefer to stay on site.

Lineup 2026

The headline acts are organised across the three days as follows:

  • 9 July. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Twenty One Pilots lead the first day.
  • 10 July. Foo Fighters headline, joined by Wolf Alice.
  • 11 July. Florence + The Machine, Lorde, Teddy Swims and Buraka Som Sistema close the festival.

Further names are spread across the stages, and the full lineup and the daily splits are published on the official site. Therefore, the schedule should be checked close to the event, since changes can be made by the organisers.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through the official site and authorised retailers, such as See Tickets. Day tickets and three-day passes are offered, and camping is sold separately. Because demand is high and some days sell out in advance, the official tickets page should be checked before travel.

How to get to Algés

The venue is close to central Lisbon, and several options are available. The Cascais train line stops at Algés, a short walk from the entrance, and the journey from Cais do Sodré is quick. From Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado), the site is reached by road in about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.

However, three points are worth planning in advance for festival days:

  • Airport to hotel. Arrival days are busy, and queues build at the taxi rank. A private transfer is fixed in advance, so the price and the pickup time are known. See Lisbon airport transfer.
  • Return after the last set. Because the festival finishes late, the train is busy and reduced. Therefore, a private transfer back to the hotel removes the wait at the end of the night.
  • Groups and luggage. For groups, a single private vehicle is usually simpler than splitting across the train or taxis, especially with festival crowds.

For a wider view of the season, this guide is part of Festivals in Portugal 2026. For how local rides compare, see also Taxi vs Uber in Portugal.

Where to stay

Two areas are usually favoured. First, Algés and Belém sit close to the venue, so journeys are short and the riverside is within walking distance. Alternatively, central Lisbon (Baixa, Chiado or Cais do Sodré) is chosen for its restaurants and nightlife, and the Cascais line connects it directly to Algés. Because festival weekends fill quickly, accommodation should be booked early.
