Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to hire a coach with driver in Portugal?
It depends on the vehicle size, hours and kilometres. As a guide, a minibus transfer within the region starts at a few hundred euros and a full-day coach excursion is usually between 500 € and 1,000 € for the whole group. You receive an exact quote, with VAT, tolls and driver costs stated.
Are the operators licensed?
Yes. We only work with companies on the IMT list of licensed passenger transport operators, with insurance and professional drivers. GoToo is a registered travel agency (RNAVT 10586) and organises the service end to end.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable; in May, October and in December (Christmas lunches) coaches sell out earlier. Last-minute requests are possible, just ask.
Can the number of passengers change after booking?
Usually yes, as long as the vehicle still fits the group, tell us as soon as you know. If it no longer fits, we propose a different vehicle; the operator's conditions are in the proposal.
